However, the unexpected resort fee during check-in was a bit disappointing, and the constant pressure for a timeshare sales presentation detracted from relaxation. Additionally, there were minor issues with room amenities that needed attention.

Beautiful, private beach access

The beach was stunning, with the clear turquoise waters perfect for our kids to splash around. The atmosphere was relaxed, and we enjoyed some tasty food from the beach bar while watching the little ones have a blast between the pools and hot tub.

This was just a prime choice for a passing visit in Cancun with excellent value for money. The staff really went above and beyond, always treating me like family and making sure my needs were covered. Don't forget to check out nearby restaurants for some great local food.

Had an amazing time with friends! The location is perfect, right by the ocean. The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful. Gina from activities kept us entertained, and Jesus offered the best massages ever. We enjoyed exploring the nearby vibrant nightclubs and relaxing on the stunning sandy beaches.
